Online shop user instructions

Avala car parts online shop is designed for individuals, but also may be used by legal entities wanting to find an easy, simple and fast way to desired products. Shopping process is quite simple; introduction to required steps and important details is in follow-up of this text.

CHOOSING A PRODUCT

On the left side of our web page you can see the list of all vehicles and car models, for which you can buy spare parts in our shop. Products are grouped by vehicles; every vehicle contains certain number of models. By clicking on any of them, you can have insight in list of products for that model. This is how you search for desired product. By clicking on "Advanced Search", you can look for products specified by their full or partial name, model of car, manufacturer and/or by price. When you find desired product, just click on its icon or on text beneath it, to see its detailed review. If you already know products details, you can skip this step and move directly on ordering, by clicking on "Add to Cart", that is right next to the desired product.

CONTENT OF THE CART

Whether you looked at products characteristics or not, by clicking on "Add to Cart", product will be memorized on your account. After this, content of your cart will be displayed. Process of adding products to the cart can be repeated, until you gather all the products you need. At any moment you can check its content, by clicking on "Cart Content" icon on top of the page or during the process of ordering, when products are chosen. By viewing content of the cart, you can also make changes to it. If you want different amount of specific item, just type the number in quantity field next to the item picture, then click "Update". Amount and total price will be changed automatically. By clicking on "Remove", you can remove unwanted item from your cart.

ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THE CART

After selection of all desired products placed into your cart, ordering is made by clicking on "Buy Now". Until this moment, you could be unregistered user and freely add and remove items from your cart. But, for us to know to whom and where to send ordered products, you must leave us basic information about yourself. Here is where registration page opens (unless you registered already). If you are not registered, by clicking on "New Customer", registration form will open, that must be filled with correct data. This form is filled only once, during your first purchase, later on it is enough to login onto your account. So, you need to be registered (if you are not registered user). In other case, just login with your e-mail address and password (if you are registered). After that, you will be offered to choose delivery method and check the address or eventually, enter different one for that delivery.

PAYMENT

Clicking on "Continue" will display page with payment options. You just need to choose the one that suits you the best.

END OF ORDERING

Clicking on "Continue" opens up the page with details of your order. Check and confirm purchasing details. Clicking on "Confirm", purchasing is ended and confirmed. After that, you will see the notification, informing you that your ordering is successful. On e-mail address you left us during registration, pro forma invoice for ordered items will be sent shortly.
